Research Institutes
In response to an increasing necessity for environmental research in planning national development as well as providing expanded graduate level courses, the Environmental Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University (ERIC) was established on 5 October 1974. A main role of ERIC is to conduct environmental research to provide information for planning on problem mitigation and prevention as well as conservation and development for a better environment and quality of life for Thai society.
