To convert the plastic wastes into fuel oil, Get Plastic did their own development on pyrolysis machines. Their research started in 2019, in collaboration with Dr. Laia Soler Bru, a pyrolysis expert from Spain. With the machine, 1 kg plastic waste can be converted into 1 liter fuel. Up until now, Get Plastic has successfully converted 3265 kg of plastic waste, and most of the fuel produced are donated to local farmers, individuals, and Get Plastic’s partners.
