As a Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Public Training Organization, it provides courses for waste collectors, sorters, operators, and managers. Since 2012, the academy has trained over 1,700 industry professionals and continues to develop new courses in collaboration with educational institutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of frontline operations and professional managers
