The Datai Langkawi Beach Resort established the Sorting Centre, one of the essential initiatives that form our zero-waste-to-landfill process. This facility separates wet and dry waste and compacts food waste for composting. The waste segregation efforts at the Centre ensure that all waste, including single-use plastics, is prepared for recycling. Furthermore, we also built a Recycling Centre where separated wastes are stored and distributed to different entities for recycling purposes. |
